Fostering Change is an initiative of Vancouver Foundation to improve policy, practice and community connections for young people transitioning from foster care to adulthood. The initiative is working in collaboration with an variety of community partners to achieve their goal – that every young person leaving foster care has the opportunities and support needed to thrive as adults.

Working alongside the leadership of Amanda Gibbs of Public Assembly, this project emphasized relationship building, facilitation and a storytelling strategy that respected the often sensitive nature of the content and community members involved.
